In 2012, our pre-call service announcement offered callers the option to decline to have their call recorded. At the time, this was a manual process. Our counsellors deal with high risk and suicidal clients and family violence issues. While it is possible that errors in protocol occur, our counselling team operate under a rigorous clinical governance framework, and are regularly monitored and reviewed, as are our operational practices and processes.

On the Line is pleased to launch a brand new MensLine service called Changing for Good. Changing for Good is a free voluntary program for men who have completed a men's behaviour change program in the previous six months.
One of the many programs we provide here at On the Line is Living Is For Everyone (LIFE). LIFE aims to improve communication between suicide prevention stakeholders in Australia. As part of this, I’m very pleased to announce we have launched LIFE Think Tank, an interactive series of workshops helping to ignite the discussion on suicide prevention.
